Peach Pie
Pie Crust
1-1/2 Cups Flour
Dash of Salt
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup of Cold Milk

Combine ingredients together and spread over the bottom of a 9X13" pan
Repeat the receipt and roll out dough 1/4' thick for the top crust of the cobbler

Pie Filling
8 Cups of sliced peaches
1-1/2 Cups of granulated sugar
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. (Heaping) Flour
1/2 Tsp. Ginger

Combine ingredients in a 4 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil
Remove from heat and add:
1 Tsp. almond flavoring
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Butter

Pour Filling into 9X13" pan containing the pie crust
Cover with the top pie crust
Sprinkle Sugar on Crust

Bake at 3500 for 30 minutes or until the top crust is golden brown.
